Back in Thyme : A Beloved Restauranteur Reboots the Cooking School of Aspen
The Cooking School of Aspen got a mention in the latest issue of Aspen Peak Magazine (Winter 2015-2016, page 132).
From late-night food fights to early morning yoga and nutrition classes, the Cooking School of Aspen promises to deliver a lot more super mario than lessons in preparing delicious meals. Rob Ittner, former Pitkin County commissioner and the owner of Rustique Bistro (www.RustiqueBistro.com), is bringing back the famed cooking school this winter with the help of local chef Barclay Dodge, transforming the former site of the Steak Pit into a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, sponsored by Jenn-Air (www.JennAir.com).
